KORE-WORX - This quick and efficient half-hour core cross training class is choreographed to music and emphasizes toning the muscles of the core to improve functional strength, mobility and balance and assist with injury prevention. KORE-WORX is a high-energy workout that will challenge you physically and mentally and leave you feeling energized.

Healthy Back - Our certified physical therapist (Jennifer Martin) leads this class through a series of movements that stretch and strengthen the back muscles.

Healthy Joints - Our certified physical therapist (Jennifer Martin) leads this class through a series of strength exercises, mixed with stretching to help improve posture and body mechanics.

HIIT - HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give 100% of all-out effort. These intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods lead to body fat burning muscles.

Shred - Shred is standing total body training combined with functional core exercises to give you a vigorous 30-minute workout. Geared towards those serious about getting results.

Tabata - A higher intensity interval workout designed to train most of the major muscle groups. The warm up is with dynamic exercises to prepare the body to work in a higher intensity zone. This program is best for more advanced exercisers who are accustomed to working at a higher intensity.

Step - A low-impact step session that will increase the heart rate and burn calories.

Step & Sculpt - A 60-minute class combining step and body sculpting exercises that will shape and define your entire physique.

Super Step - A highly intense choreographed step class designed for intermediate and advanced students.

Total Body Conditioning - Get ready for this challenging strength training session designed to work the entire body by using weights, steps, and other equipment. (Advanced)

Zumba - A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system that tones and sculpts the body.


Maggie Rhoades, Certified Yoga Teacher, has studied with the lyengers, apprenticed with John Shumacher and trained with many senior teachers. She holds an M.A. in education, is a certified Pilates instructor and has taught classes for cardiac and cancer patients in area hospitals. She has developed yoga and Pilates DVDs for beginners and beyond.

Gentle Yoga - This class will move at a slower pace, offering more time to stretch deeply in each pose. Through the use of props, poses are held longer without strain.

Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. This style encourages proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength and calmness.

Mat Pilates - This class strengthens the core abdominal muscles while opening the joints and releasing tension. Pilates classes emphasize concentration, precision movement, and breath awareness.

Yoga - Performing various postures and breathing techniques, this practice will enhance body awareness while also increasing strength, flexibility, and balance.
